How the combo works
This service pairs a TrueXpress® refill for existing lash extensions with a sonic dermaplaning facial that gently exfoliates the skin. The refill replaces lashes that have shed, while dermaplaning removes dead skin cells and peach fuzz, leaving the skin feeling smoother and appearing more radiant without changing your existing lash design.
Appointments are structured to address both lashes and skin in a single visit. The combined treatment is scheduled as a 60-minute service priced at $95. Your Lash Artist assesses lash retention and skin condition up front to tailor the refill and the dermaplaning intensity to your needs.
What to expect during appointment
On arrival you’ll have a brief consultation so the Lash Artist can evaluate natural lash health and discuss adhesive or length preferences. All Lash Artists complete extensive training and certification; they can recommend suitable lash lengths or adhesives, including sensitive options, and you may request an adhesive test if needed.
Deka Lash Wexford is convenient for commuters along Perry Highway and I-79, making it easy to fit this 60-minute appointment before or after work, or around school drop-off and weekend family schedules. Demand peaks in May and in November–December, so plan ahead for wedding and holiday readiness.
Aftercare and ongoing maintenance
Aftercare for your lashes follows established guidelines: avoid moisture, extreme heat, heavy sweating, and saunas for 24–48 hours after the refill. After that period, brush your lashes daily, clean them with lash extension–safe products, and schedule refills routinely to maintain fullness and alignment.
Your Lash Artist will review personalized guidance for the dermaplaning portion of the facial. Because dermaplaning removes dead skin and fine facial hair, they will explain when to resume active skincare steps and answer questions about timing for makeup, sunscreen, or other products based on your skin’s response.
