What a refill does
TrueVolume refills replace extensions that have shed, restoring the fan-and-single lash pattern to maintain density and curl. Lash Artists assess which natural lashes remain and apply new fans or singles one-to-one to existing natural lashes; fans are multiple lightweight strands sharing a base used where volume is needed.
Natural lashes shed at a steady rate—commonly one to three lashes per day—so a refill focuses on replacing those losses to preserve the overall shape and symmetry clients value. Technicians check both eyes for evenness and rebuild volume where gaps appear; regular two-week refills keep the original design intact.
What to expect during appointment
During your appointment the Lash Artist will evaluate remaining extensions, map the current pattern, and apply replacements to match your existing shape and curl. Appointments for this Refill are scheduled for 60 minutes to allow careful matching and symmetry checks; this timing fits many local commuters and those stopping on Perry Highway near I‑79.

Aftercare and refill timing
Aftercare preserves the adhesive bond: avoid moisture, extreme heat, sweat, or saunas for 24–48 hours after a refill. After that period, brush lashes daily, clean them with lash extension–safe products, and avoid oil-based removers. Swimming is acceptable after 24–48 hours—brush and dry lashes afterward to keep fans aligned.
Schedule refills every two weeks to sustain density; waiting three weeks or more can lead to noticeable gaps and may require a full set. Book early during peak months (May, November, December) when formal events and holiday demand rises.
