Typical refills take 45–75 minutes depending on lash retention and refill percentage. If most extensions remained, we can complete touch-ups faster; lower retention or extra customization may extend the service time.
Yes — you can still receive a refill, but the result depends on how many extensions shed. If retention is low, we may need to convert to a full set to rebuild the look. Your artist will assess and recommend the best option.
Avoid water, steam, and oil-based products for 24–48 hours. Brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie, sleep on your back if possible, and use only salon-approved cleansers and serums to prolong extension life and maintain lash health.
