TrueXpress® full sets typically take 30–45 minutes, about half the time of our classic full set. Time varies by lash artist and desired finish; please arrive a few minutes early for consultation.
TrueXpress® is built for a naturally full, understated effect, but your artist can customize curl, length, and volume to dial in a softer or slightly more dramatic look.
With proper aftercare, TrueXpress® extensions retain for four to six weeks as natural lashes cycle. We recommend fills every two to four weeks to maintain fullness and replace shedding lashes.
Yes — when applied by our certified artists using gentle adhesive, TrueXpress® is safe for most clients. Share allergies or sensitivities beforehand; we can patch test, adjust products, or recommend alternatives when needed.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and avoid oil-based products or lash serums that day. Bring contact case if needed and plan for a short consultation to choose length and curl.
Avoid getting lashes wet for 24 hours and skip oil-based cleansers; you can wear eye makeup afterward but use water-based products and a spoolie brush to keep lashes separated and groomed daily.
