Appointments typically take 90–120 minutes depending on desired fullness and lash mapping. Your stylist will consult on length, curl, and fan density, then apply multi-lash fans using precise isolation for comfort and longevity. Allow extra time for aftercare instructions.
When applied by certified technicians, TrueVolume extensions do not damage natural lashes. We use lightweight fans and proper isolation to protect natural hairs. Avoid picking or rubbing and follow fill schedules; improper removal or poor aftercare increases risk of strain or loss.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and no oil-based products on the lashes. Skip lash curling and waterproof mascara for 24 to 48 hours beforehand. Bring reference photos if you have a specific style in mind to help your technician customize the finish.
Expect TrueVolume sets to maintain fullness for two to three weeks before needing a fill. Retention varies with natural lash cycle and aftercare. Scheduled fills every 2–3 weeks keep your look full while replacing grown-out or shed natural lashes.
Keep lashes dry and oil-free for the first 24 to 48 hours. Clean lashes gently with a lash-safe cleanser and brush daily with a spoolie. Avoid oil-based removers, rubbing, and eyelash curling. Regular fills and gentle care extend wear and preserve lash health.
You can wear mascara, but we recommend avoiding waterproof formulas and heavy products that cling to extensions. Many clients skip mascara entirely because TrueVolume provides dramatic fullness; always remove makeup gently with oil-free cleansers to protect retention.
