Please arrive 15 minutes early for any new appointment. It is preferred that you remove all eye makeup beforehand. If you're in a rush, our Lash Artists can give you a quick lash bath during your appointment.
Depending on the service booked, full sets take 1–2 hours, and refills take 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Yes. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must accompany you to sign a consent form.
Eyelash extensions are applied to your natural lashes to enhance length, curl, and density. Made from a lightweight synthetic blend, extensions can be single lashes or fans. Each fan contains multiple lashes sharing the same base, and both singles and fans are applied one-to-one on each natural lash.
Our lash looks are designed for everyone. You can browse the Lash Extensions page and use the virtual Try-On tool, or consult with a Lash Artist during your appointment. They will help you choose the best shape and length based on your desired look.
Yes. All Lash Artists complete extensive training and certification. They assess your natural lashes and can recommend suitable lengths or adhesives, including sensitive options. You may also request an adhesive test.
No. When applied correctly, lash extensions grow out with your natural lashes. Natural lash shedding (1–3 lashes per day) is normal, which is why regular refills are important.
Avoid moisture, extreme heat, sweat, and saunas for 24–48 hours. After that period, brush them daily, clean them with lash extension–safe products, and schedule refills every two weeks.
Yes. You can wear any eye makeup you like, but avoid oil-based removers as they may weaken the adhesive bond.
Yes, after waiting 24–48 hours. Brush your lashes after swimming to keep them aligned and dry.
No, do not curl lash extensions with an eyelash curler. The curls are predefined and selected with your Lash Artist. With proper care, the curl will last 2–3 weeks.
A full set is the initial application you receive during your first visit and takes 60–120 minutes. Refills are recommended every two weeks to replace shed lashes and take about half the time of a full set.
Every two weeks. Waiting three weeks or more may require a full set, which may affect the appointment cost.
Yes. Deka Lash offers Add-On Services that enhance your experience without adding time. Prices start as low as $8.
You must give at least 12 hours' notice. Cancelling or rescheduling within 12 hours results in a charge of 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged 100%. A no-show is defined as arriving more than 5 minutes late for TrueXpress or 30-minute appointments, or more than 10 minutes late for all others.
